Foster Update!
Rhett is a sweet little boy. He is crate trained. I put him in it when I have to go run errands and he loves it in there. He goes right in and curls up. He's good with my other dogs. They love running around playing in the yard. He like to play with balls but hasn't learned to bring it back yet. He is housebroken. No accident as of yet. He's a little bit of a chewer but if you tell him no and give him a dog toy he's fine with it. We haven't had him out on a leash walk yet....we plan to do that this weekend. He is just a super sweet very easy dog who needs a little training.
Rhett and Scarlett are 5 month old sibs who were abandoned and ended up in the shelter. They are yellow lab mix puppers and currently on the slender side. We tend to think this is more a function of their breed mix than malnutrition as they are in overall good shape considering they have had to fend for themselves for a few days. They are fast friends, but not reliant on one another. Typical pups, their favorite pasttime is play, and for them, the more the merrier! That means you! They are fun, friendly and outgoing, but equally as eager to snuggle up and veg with you too. They bond quickly and the more at ease they feel, the more they let their puppy personalities shine through.
Each would thrive in a home of their own, they are young and not particularly bonded - I mean Rhett adores his sister (and vice versa) - he's not the love them and leave them type! yet both are happy and suprisingly secure. But to be able to lap up all the attention in your own right?? Who wouldn't want that!?
