Foster Update!
Hi there - I know, I know I probably am not what you thought you would find on a lab website. No I don't have the perfect lab block head - who really wants to be known as a block head anyway?? I do have the perfect yellow lab fur - and I have the best labbie ears!! ALR decided that I was just too darn cute to pass up - and I thank them for that!!
I am an awesome guy who likes a cozy bed, I chew slowly when I eat - I know not labbie-esque and I think this is a good quality I possess! I love to chew my chew toys - I never knew these existed before - boy you labs sure are lucky!!
I'm told I am very refined and elegant - more like a James Bond type over a Hulk Hogan so if you are looking for a sweet loving boy who will be your furever friend - than please seek me out as I am the best looking 'labbie-esque' boy out there!!
Hugs and licks.... Zach.
Foster Update!
Zachary went to his foster home on Sunday afternoon. There he met her pack of 4 dogs and the introductions were seamless. Evidently, he is great with other dogs, kids and even cats. Just a real even tempered, easy going guy. Hes a very pretty boy. Looks like lab and possibly greyhound or afghan hound as he is willowy and graceful. The white spot on his nose is adorable. Slow moving and unflappable, the vet commented that he would be the perfect dog to sit on the front porch and enjoy a sunny afternoon. He seems to be housetrained and good when left alone. He does love a comfy bed but will romp with the other dogs as well. This dog has not been given much in his life and he seems surprised that anyone would want to love him. Luckily, he appears to be very healthy, just needs to get some good food, some TLC and hell be a wonderful addition to any home. Zach showed up as a stray in a rural county - he is a little skinny, absolutely adorable, with PERSONALITY PLUS! The man who found him took him to animal control in the hopes he would be reclaimed. Zach is likely ~ 5 years old, super friendly with both people and dogs - cats too! He rode to the shelter with a small fluffy dog and it did not faze him in the least. When he arrived to the shelter the man said he did not bother the cat at his home, that he loved to be inside, was house broken but they simply didn't have the room to keep him. Sounds like an easy keeper and a wonderful boy! |
