Just a few pics of Olivia with her favorite pastime :)
Getting Charlotte in to play with her has been GREAT, they dote on each other when they are not playing bitey face lol. Their favorite game outside at the moment is to grab the backwash hose and run around fighting over it, it's in quite a few segments now heh heh

3.10 Update from her foster...

I wanted to give you an update on Olivia. We've nicknamed Olivia "Oli" because she's such a delightful free spirit.

She came here at 4:15 yesterday and was so excited to run around with our Lab. Our neighbor brought her 2 labs over (14 yrs and 4 mo.) and she played well with all the dogs. She was very good around our 16 month old son. She is very rambunctious, but she is a young dog. I think in a few days she will settle in quite well. My husband had to go to a shower last night, and I had a meeting, so we crated her while we were gone. He returned home a couple hours later and fed her. The dogs continued to play with us outside while we bbq. Our dog and Olivia had a rawhide, and she was not protective of it, in fact she let me look at her teeth several times.

She whined in the crate a little bit, but I think she slept ok. We did let her out early in the morning- since our son was up from teething- I am sure he woke up anyone in a 4 house radius. We got up this morning and had food/meds and then played outside for almost 2 hours.

She is a great dog and is catching on to sit pretty well. She does jump, but Mary gave me a tip how to control that. I believe it's just her excitement- she doesn't do it all day. The vet says she's just 12 months old. She's very beautiful with a gleaming coat, perfect teeth, and gorgeous eyes. Oli's a typical young Labbie girl who loves to play. However, she settles down nicely and responds well to correction and training. She loves to retrieve and is best buddies with her 2-year-old, human foster-brother and 3-year-old, canine foster-brother. She's crate trained and walks well on leash and will be a GREAT dog... a credit to her breed.

Please let me know if you need anything else from me - I will try to take a few glamour shots, but she is fast and I have a hard time getting a good one of her in time. I may try to get some when I take them back out in an hour.

Day of Intake....notes

Olivia is a black lab female who we estimate to be around a year old - she is finishing up her vetting and reveling in the splendour of a day of beauty and focused loving attention. Olivia herself is a loyal, adoring, laid back lovebug. She is smart and sensitive and super tempting! She's got more to share so please check back for an updated bio soon.
