Sunny's Blurbs:
Hi I'm Sunny, and I am very excited to meet you! I am a lab/pitbull mix. Let me tell you my life hasn't always been as nice as it is right now. After being separated from my mom, I was left to fend for myself on the streets of Atlanta. I was just a baby! One day I landed in jail and had a cell mate named Magic. Days went by and Magic and I saw the dogs around us coming and going. Some got adopted, but others were not as lucky. One day, a lady from Atlanta Lab Rescue came to get Magic. I was very sad, but to my surprise, she took me too! The people in the jail had decided I was a lab/weim mix so taking me wasn't such a big deal. Eventually, we figured out that I was a lab/pit mix. I went to ALR's boarding facility and lived there for a few months just hoping and waiting for someone to want to adopt me. No such luck yet. One day, they took me to a house in Kennesaw. It had carpet and sofas and beds and TVs and so many things that I had never seen before! I was surprised again...they left me there! I have been in my foster home since October and could only be happier if it was my forever home. My foster mom is AWESOME. She has taught me so many important things about being a house dog. Who knew you can't go potty inside??? So here I am, happy in a family of five. I have a mom, two doggy sisters, one doggy brother, and one cat sister. When I'm lucky, I have another foster sibling to play with too.
Sunny's Interests:
General: I love everything. There are still many new things I have not been able to experience. Mom say this spring she will take me swimming, if I am still with her. My most favorite thing is to kill the stuffed toys. Apparently this is not a good attribute, but I don't care. I looooove to play with my friends, and of course, get lots of scratches from whomever will give them to me!
Music: Haven't had much experience in this area.
Movies: I don't really like to watch anything that I can't get to..
Television: Mom leaves animal planet or the weather channel on when she goes to work.
Books: Hello, I just finished getting potty trained, and you think I should read now???
Who I'd like to meet: My forever family...
