Venus is a lovely 3 year old purebred yellow lab. She's also one of a lucky few whose coat is actually closer to white making her stylishly in vogue. Labs tend to range in size and happily Venus can lay claim to a girlie 60 lbs. which fits in rather perfectly with her sense of self. She's not a canine diva but is slightly fussy around other dogs - deciding whom she will befriend and those she'd prefer not to. Mostly, we attribute it to her desire to be back in a home of her own where she doesn't have to vie for attention. Sadly, Venus had a home of her own at one time AND we think she'd like nothing better than to retreat back into the security & comfort of a home filled with cheer and good will. That being said, if you are looking to adopt a Lab who is familiar with all things domestic, housetrained and good with children to boot, we think she'd fit the bill to a T!
